With multiple media patents under his belt, his automation passion goes back to the 90s, when he developed a project for The Criterion Collection that saved hundreds of labor hours, using inventive solutions like a GVG 141 editing station, a power drill, a zip tie, and a carriage bolt!

Russ is a tech enthusiast with extensive experience in post production operations, technology, interactive media, and sales. From early work providing QC and authoring services for the first DVDs in Europe to co-founding Bitpress, Russ is dedicated to solving complex challenges with innovative technology. He specializes in integrating workflows and increasing efficiency to maximize content monetization. When not working on tech solutions, Russ loves working on his classic car, mountain biking, tennis, camping, and spending time with family.

Julia is an award-winning designer and producer with wide-ranging experience in video and interactive media. Co-founder of four startups, she’s held leadership roles from Creative Director to CFO, consistently delivering innovative solutions. Her out-of-the-box thinking and collaborative approach foster dynamic environments essential for cutting-edge product development. Julia is passionate about solving problems creatively and driving progress through teamwork and forward thinking.

Carrie brings over 20 years of leadership in the Media and Entertainment industry, with expertise in customer service, post production, and operations. Her commitment to excellence ensures clients experience seamless, high-quality support at every touchpoint. Having managed and grown business units for top post production companies in Los Angeles, Carrie excels at creating efficient workflows and fostering strong client relationships, all driven by a passion for innovation and service.

With a background in Electrical Engineering, Steve sidestepped traditional careers to join Dolby Laboratories. Leveraging that experience, he became Technical Director of a large audio post production facility, pioneering one of the early DVD compression and authoring systems. He later led the content engineering team at a major media servicing operation. Over 30 years, Steve has developed deep expertise in audio post production for film, TV, and advertising, as well as in media engineering and production technology. When he's not juggling tech, Steve takes long walks in nature, cares for kittens, and loves to experiment in the kitchen.
